Tommaso Bussola is a small grower in Negrar, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico zone. He's known for traditional, low-intervention wines and for pushing against the region's trend toward heavy, jammy styles. Ripasso means the Valpolicella wine is "re-passed" over the pomace left from Amarone, which adds body, color, and depth. Ca' del Laito is the vineyard/cuvée name.
